Filip Srbinoski, LL.M.

He received his master’s degree at the University of Pittsburgh in 2022, LL.M. Program in International Comparative, Arbitration law and Commercial law, with a micro-credential degree in “Intellectual Property Law” and with emphasis on Competition law and Data Privacy Law. Before his studies in the USA, in 2021 he completed his first master’s degree at the Faculty of Law “„Iustinianus Primus“at the University “Ss. Cyril and Methodius” – Skopje.

He passed the Bar Exam in 2023, and has been part of Law Firm Pepeljugoski since 2021.

He has participated in several prestigious competitions such as Willem C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration Competition in Vienna, Investment Arbitration Moot Court in Frankfurt and LL.M. International Commercial & Investment Arbitration Moot Competition in Washington, D.C., where he received awards and recognitions for special contribution.

He has participated and is active in professional seminars and courses, and is author of legal scientific papers, acts as an international correspondent for prestigious international comparative legal books, and is also the author/co-author of analyses related to legal issues and cases published on worldwide online legal platforms.

He is an honorary member of “The Order of the Barristers” in the USA, a national organization which provides recognition for academic achievements.

He is fluent in English.
