The Ministry of Economy, based on Article 5 of the Law on Prohibition of Unfair Trade Practices in the Supply Chain of Agricultural and Food Products published in the Official Gazette of the Republic of North Macedonia No. 66/24 adopted a List of agricultural and food products on the basis of which unfair trade practices in the supply chain of agricultural and food products are determined, published in the Official Gazette of the Republic of North Macedonia no. 109/2024.
